WOW.... (Cross Video Plugin)

I've analyzed files in Torq, Serato, Traktor, MixMeister and PLENTY of other software packages....

And let me just say a BIG high 5 to the team at Cross DJ for making this so incredibly speedy. I'm average 2-3 seconds per VIDEO track (1280x720 mp4) on my MBP...

Can't wait to start processing audio... especially the lossless stuff and see how it performs. :D

On a side note... just got the email for the Video plugin... downloading now! Woohoo!!!

First one is yes, the PFL buttons in the interface are on the audio section and not on the video section.

In fact the entire mixer section for audio is behind the preview screen for Video.

It's not that big a deal if you have a controller that identifies when you have PFL enabled or if your routing is set to External Mixer Cue or External Mixer Sampler where you'd be doing your PFL in hardware (although you'd have a hardware crossfader and a MIDI crossfader... unless you had something like a DDM 4000 where you had an audio Cross fader that ALSO sent MIDI... hmmm....)

Mind's racing now... ;)

Now I just need to get Cross and some TC vinyl by Friday if I want to use the dicers, TCV, the DDM4000 and maybe a trigger finger....

Too bad I can't use any of the Torq vinyl I already own... I have PLENTY of that! :(

BTW, I REALLY like the video plugin so far... Still playing with it, but I do like the amount of control so far.

Just need to figure out how to map the video effect to a MIDI encoded rotary so I can adjust on the fly. :)

Actually, I found a place I can get TCV in 2 days... If I order it would be here by Tuesday/Wednesday or so. :)

But I'm waffling on that part... Not a 'must' for this coming weekend.
