Hi!

I just got the U-Mix Control Pro and have played with it for a couple of hours now and i have some questions about it.

Is it possible to get the play button to blink after the song has been checked ? and get the sync button to flash in time with the music ?

i´ll think the buttons are like this in vdj or some other software.

Hi johangastorp,

you can find some informations how to edit MIDI mappings in
the Cross manual. Unfortunately editting the MIDI output mapping needs to be done with a texteditor. Just export your mapping file in Cross and open the file with an editor.
The syntax of mapping is not much difficult. You will understand it for sure.
I dont have some U-Mix but i tried to make the sync button flash part for you, paste it in your mapping correctly. Be carefull the sync button leds is allready used in the default mapping. You have to delete the corresponding part.

Do you mean blink during playback?

I want the play button to blink after the song has been analyzed and when i press play it should just stay on.

edit: Can i have this new functions and also keep the old functions ?

sorry but i guess it is not possible because the analyse status has no midioutput.

you can keep the sync button function but of course the
sync button led will not show you the sync status anymore.
