Serial number lost!

Six month's ago i bought U-Mix Control Pro with software Cross DJ Version 1.6.1, that i instaled in my laptop and used for 3 times. Meanwhile, i had problem with my laptop, had to make formatation in it, and i moved to another house, and lost the paper with the licence key that was in CD (really disapered, don't know were he is!). I make another instalation of the software, but i don't have the serial number, so i can't finish the instalation and use the software. I only have in the back of the "talble" the Assembled number, and the date that was Assembled (June 2011). How can i get the serial number? If needed i can send photos of everything!

Hey,

sorry to hear that and sorry to say this: if you lost your key and you have not stored the key on this forum it is hard to get a replacement. You can ask the support@mixvibes what you can do but in the worst case you have to buy a new license.
It depends on what you can do to let them know that you have bought it.

sorry so the installation key on the cd is the serial number as i keep entering this number and the computer says invalid serial no am i doing something wrong pleased help as this is getting annoying !! The code i have seems not to be letting me even install this program as will not accept code whats going on ????

the licence key that on the software cd sleeve is the serial # that entered into the software and in the fourm ,,its cap/dash senstive ,,

if you try to enter it into the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial# and have issues with that let us know
