MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

Hey, normally I would refer to the technical support forum but its closed so I am hopping for some support.
I just got the system not to long ago (like 1 or 2 months) and I'm already having issues. Whenever I try to put music on the A or B side it says unable to load music. Now I checked and the files are MP3 type so do I need to convert the files to some sort of "special file"? If not then can I get some advice on how to fix this?
