hi everyone!my lap top is broken so im waiting for my new to come.i have all ready use twice the prodact key,as far as i know you can use the key 2 times,then for safety reasons to avoid illegal copies of the software ,you cant use the same key,its not acceptable.Can i apply for a new one?

You can use the serial for two machines. If one is broken you can install it on a new machine.

Your key is stored in your profile, so you should be perfectly ok to use it.

As long as you are not using it on more than 2 computers.

thnks for the reply...i know that i can use for two machines,thats my problem...im using it for my PC and i was using it for my laptop too...so thats twice!i m gonna have a new laptop so i ill need a new serial number..

hey there!thnks for reply,thats exactly my problem as i said,im all ready using it for my PC and my laptop,but my laptop is broke and i gonna buy a new one..so ill need a new serial nuber!

You DON'T need another serial number! I will draw it, maybe then it is clear:

Before:
PC - serial in use
Laptop - serial in use

-> free serials: 0

Now:
PC - serial in use
Laptop - broken, NO SERIAL IN USE

-> free serials: 1
