Just turned my laptop on and opened my mixvibes and I'm getting this error. Then windows closes it back out. Any suggestions?

How do I register my product?

Under "BOARD INDEX" select "User Control Panel" and in "Profile" panel insert your Cross serial number.

i tried that with the information I had and I also emailed support@mixvibes.com I can't locate my disc sleeve or the serial number. Here is the original serial # on my discover DJ

and the screenshot from my original registration and purchase. They replaced my unit because the jog wheels quit working here is that serial number
attached is also the error message I keep getting when I try to open it up.

I still haven't gotten my product to work. and I have a gig coming up on this Friday August 17. Please help.

dont know what to suggest ,,if you have lost the serial # to the software,, not shure how you would reinstall it on your computer,hate to suggest that you get the umixcontrol pro at a special summer price quick and easy and with the updated version of crossdj you should be back in action

installed free version and I guess it updated my driver or something because now the 1.3.2 is back working that came with the discover DJ. Are there any free upgrades and is there somewhere I can find my serial number in my software?

your licence key that was on the cd sleeve is the only thing you need,,,there are no up dates for the Cross version that was bundled with the discover DJ package,,your only recourse is to contack ion about the discover DJ and give them the info you have ,,maybe the can sort out the licence key issue,since it was never regerstered on the mixvibes fourm we have no options
