The serial number is not present on my mixvibes le software cd i payed money for this and want to use it but it seems nobody anywhere on this site can help me i cant register full because I DONT HAVE A SERIAL NUMBER i have pictures of everything i bought, the receipt, the BLANK cd case but when i email those to the suggested email, i get a response saying talk to gemeni but its YOUR product all i need is a bunch of numbers it would be GREATLY appreciated if SOMEBODY could help me with this.

your software is a le version bundled with a controller,,mixvibes sells the licence keys to the hardware supplier,,all the information that you have needs to be sent to them as they have purched the software and are responcible for the licences keys that go with the software /hardware bundle.. mixvibes has no action to take because the software is the responcibility of the hardware manufacture. please adress you concerns with said hard manufacture to remedie your concerns

you do have options ,,if was purched from a local retailer ,,take back due to not being a full product,,and make shure it has the licences key in the new unit/package
if purched on line you might have the same recourse,,
if purched from gemni ,you have that options also or get them to strighten out the licence key situtation,,
i kinda think you dont want to hear this one but the possibilities of getting a ver of mixvibes software from the download shop and using it ,,the plus is that its is updatable and not tied to the hardware controller,,

Mixvibes can't do nothing about a Gemini product. See directly with your Gemini retailer...
Or
Just buy CrossDJ (very cheap on our webshop) which include your controller and much more than your previous software.
