Ok, it sound weird, but there is a VJ app for iPad by Algoriddim.

The first stuff I got in mind:

If Cross DJ app is sooo sucessful... Why not make WFX for iPad.

It's just an idea, but maybe it can kick ass.

DEV team what you think? Or you have this in your mind latly but no announced yet?

first, this post is only my intension! The app looks nice but HD is the typical name equivocalness. This app can only run HD (with max 720p/30fps) coded in the typical formats for iPad. This works also only with the new iPad (read on the appstore).
From my work I can say that ARM and also micro controllers can do more and more things and also more powerfull things. BUT currently a good computer is more powerfull like the newest cores from different vendors (ARM and so on). I can agree they have capability but currently they can do only small things.

but again this is only my intesion and also my knowlege in microcontrollers and thair architecture.

Let's make a perfect audio mixer as CrossDJ for iPad first. Then and only then...

Quite agree Cross DJ for iPad missing some key features like
1 the ability to record your mix
2 AutoMix feature

These features is needed since the competor app dJay has these feature.

agree with the recorder, every dj-spftware should have.


but only because the competition has a feature, doesnt mean you need it....

AutoMix is a feature in its Big Brother Cross DJ, it would be an asset to Cross for iPad

Also some people out there might overlook the app since it dont have this feature and get Djay for iPad
