My name is terry and I am currently using Cross 1.7.1 on a Dell Desktop using Windows 7, 64 bit. I am changing my PC to another more powerfull PC that I have, and getting rid of the Dell. I wish to know whether I can transfer Cross 1.7.1. to my new machine without purchasing a new copy???.

Yes you can.
Simply deinstall it, this should deactivate the license from that particular PC.
