I'm working with Andrew Hong the Marketing Manager at DJ Tech Pro. I'm having trouble downloading the latest version of Cross 1.7.1 because I've misplaced my cd and serial number. I purchased the software 3 years ago from BeatLabs in Atlanta, GA and recently purchased Cross DJ. I've registered my serial for Cross DJ.
Andrew suggested that request a new serial for Cross to get everything working properly. Please let me know what I need to provide you to prove that I've purchased everything legitimately.

welcome to mixvibes and Cross DJ ,,,sorry to hear about your misplacement of cd /software and licence key,,not shure how you are going to get this resolved since you didnt regerester your software licence key on fourm,,,my suggestion is to purches the upgrade at the discounted price,,from the product page,,,and dont forget to regerster the software licence key to safly store said key on fourm,,,any other recourse would have to come from someone with more info
