This is incredibly stupid, but how do you post pictures on the forum?

I've got a couple of pictures of my gear that I want to post...

(I'm sure it's easy, but I can't work it out! )

you either select an image from an url and copy that between that
[ img ] [ /img ] (without the spaces)

or you upload it, and select show in post.

I understand the first part, but not the uploading part!

How do I do that?

I feel like such a fool!

If you post, do you see theese options?
At least in the user-pic forum it should be there i think.

It took me almost the same amount of time to figure it out
