APC20 or Launchpad would be enough and cheaper.

I was thinking because of the fx/filters more pots might be handy

btw: individual volume on the samples?

Thanks for the info Support,Great news for my VCI-400,been waiting since december to utalise my VCi-400 in a way that suites my needs.

Daniel
Yes iam going to sort out my sample too,I love to rip loops from Classic trance tracks and many other genras, so i can confuse my sets with opposing music, I will use ableton to rip them and mess around with them.
nothing like! say a good trance/dance/Funk/oldskool vocal or riff maybe looping over the background of a breakbeat tune or house/prog set etc, Sky is the limit with creativity, Cross v2 can now be realised in this capacity, happy days i feel.

I'm waiting for it so hard, because finally I can use Cross as a fully fledged Radio-Show-Making software...

Just put the jingles and spots to tha samples and Here it goes... And recording it, is way too easy :)

You can also hot-sample a loop into a pad (EDIT : not in the first beta I've just been said)
- choose the length
- press an empty pad
Done.
