Hi, my name is Daniel. I'm a big fan of MIDI controlling and i'd love to get my hands on the U-Mix Control Pro, but i need some answers, hopefully that you guys can give me some.

If i get myself this piece of hardware, i get the mixvibes Cross DJ full version. My question is --- can i update my Cross DJ which comes with the gear to a newer version like Cross 1.7 (or higher), or I have to buy it separately? (cause i downloaded the demo version of Cross 1.7 and i really like it)

on the product page is the information for the Cross UPGRADE,,,if you are planing to use time code control ,vinal or cd then that is the program that gives you that option,,,please remember to regerster your software ,to allow for acess to the firmware updates ,drivers nessary and futher up dates to the software , :cool:

Update: changing from Cross DJ 1.7.0 to 1.7.1, from 1.7.1 to 1.7.2,...always possible for registered users and for free

Upgrade: changing from Cross DJ to Cross or from 1.9.9 to 2.0.0 with the implementation of brand new features ... possible for registered users, but not for free

Some day, somehow

I am not informed about any further release, but sooner or later, as in DVS, there will be a new version.

Sheduled in 2012 a sampleur and more for free for Cross DJ and Cross users.

maybe need to start new thread/topic,just curious how are they going to inplement the sampler function , and how if will it be controlled by U-Mix Control Pro hardware,, know info before hand is like gold in fort knox,, but we did get a chance to express our opions and input to the overall selection of the fx and adjustments for it,, which turned out pretty well :cool:

I would say a new mapping with one or two more modifiers.

Dont think we can get any more info outta Uncle, but musikmesse is just 2 months away
