This give us information we need. Your card is not installed for Cross correctly. You need the asio Driver (depends on the OS you are running but I think it is windows with 64bit) so you need the V3.0 Driver which is 64bit compactible.
Please do the following steps:
Go to the device manager and uninstall the current installed driver and card from your system by klicking on one of the entries like "Speaker U46 Audio" and press Uninstall device.
After that you unplug the device and turn it off.
Next you install the V3 driver from the board (Download section) and while the installer is running there comes a point where you have to plug in the device (it will give you an dialog that you have to plug in and turn it on) after that press next as often up to the installer is recognising the device. If everything works correct windows will ask you to install an unsigned driver so you have to say YES I WANT TO INSTALL THE DRIVER! if you say no WIndows installes the WDM driver and you will not be able to run Cross with asio.
After that the device should be installed correctly and the Controll Panel should also show up the volume control for every channel.
After that go to Cross and enable Asio device.
Please be shure that you will at this point only use this USB Port for the device (on a new usb port you have to install the driver again!) ALso please turn the device on after windows boots up complete. (if the device is on at boot windows could set the device as primary audio controller and you will not be able to run Cross with it!)
So give us feedback if it helps.
Thanks
