A few DJ's that are going to play on New years with me have serato, and i was wondering if their program will read mixvibes Audio interface and recognized by Serato program on Mac??

No, Serato is locked too it's own interface. You can not use any other Interface/Soundcard with it.

Itch and Intro are also locked to some controllers.

You can do it the other way around.....Serato is locked to the Rane hardware (sl 1 , sl 2 & sl 3 & 4 ).....but the Rane hardware is not locked if your using other software , there are ASIO drivers & core-audio for Rane hardware in Serato update 2.2.1

So just use the other DJ Rane hardware with mixvibes software on your Mac

But you´ll need to install SSL to acces the drivers!

Some of the Rane hardware are limited to only one pair in ASIO, so you won't have full access to the I/O
