In my PC the quality of the video A or B is totally different to the master video, A or B screen shows a high resolution videos but the master is really very bad, is it possible to get better results or is depending of the video card, why the A and B are better.
Please I need your specialized answer because depending of your answer I would buy a new PC, if not work I will loose money. I need the best quality projection if not, Vfx Control is waste I lost money with it.

Check your resolution in your graphic options first.

The resolution was set at maximum, thats why I have doubts...the video card must be 3D ?

you don't need a 3D graphic card!
Which resolution can accept your 2 screen. Which resolution do you have now?

I NEED A QUICK SOLUTION TO MY PROBLEM...FINALLY I BUYED A NEW PC FOR THIS STUPID SOFTWARE AND DIDN´T WORK AGAIN.

This PC exceeds far the software requirements, is an i5 2,3Gb processor with NVIDIA GFORCE 540M video card that supports 3D AND supports up to DirectX 11, the situation worsened because the skins screen does not mix and >I don´t kno why the skins changed respect to the other PC, it's really a SHAME you don´t have any update. PLEASE I NEED SOLUTION NOW or I will have to take actions.

so far you are just not explaining enough your problems. I can't help you if you don't answer to questions.
I use Vfx with an hp beat & I use the hdmi output to any screen.

I'm very complicated because the current situation is worse than the old PC, I just made another investment of $USD 1000 more and the result is terrible. I attached two files with screenshots from the two pcs to see what is happening. In the first file (old PC) it corresponds to the first one I leave it out because according to the information from the manufacturer is required a 3D graphics card and it don´t have a 3D graphic card and I assumed that the problem was due to that, look at the resolution of the videos A and B versus the central (master) is absolutely different and bad, there is also the message that I do not understand why it appears I assumed that the PC was not enough, however the software displays all the items on the screen without problem.
In the second file (new PC) the screenshot with what happens in the new PC it shows another message but also is serious and you see the distribution on the screen is completely different from the other PC is incomplete and difficult to manage because all the elements are missing and only be added in separate windows, menus do not appear correctly on the PC as above as it is right.
I don´t know what else to explain.
You need to see these files so that you understand my problem but I can´t send it to you here, can you give me your E-Mail to send it to you.
