Hello, sorry if this is in the wrong section of the forums.

I currently have Cross 1.4 and just purchased U-Mix Remote and found out that U-Mix Remote is only for 1.5 +.

How do I upgrade Cross 1.4 to 1.5, is it a free upgrade or a new purchase?

First of all can you please register your Cross serial number here

User Control Panel > Profile

ucp.php?i=169

Once this is done you will be able to download the latest update for Cross (which is 1.6 ) from your download centre.

downloads.php?cat=1

I have the same problem. I received an email that a free update for Cross 1.6 was available. I have registered my serial number in my profile but I am not able to download any files. It would be a lot easier if updates were available directly through the program.

by the software badge it looks like you have Cross with discover DJ ,if i am incorrect then this info doesnt apply , if your ver of Cross is not the updated version to correct problems with the hardware ,then that is the olny avaible update...the version was a deal with ion and not applicable to future updates. you do have the option to upgrade to the full ver of Cross in the download shop at a reduced price,. .
