i at a loss you have a software badge in your avitar so are you looking for your key to activate the program if so look in your profile it should be listed there for you to use , go to user control panel , and look in your profile you filled out

There is no need to double post your problem. It can get quite confusing when you open 2 threads on different pages of the forum for your problem
