hELLO there, I'm new to the forum after just recently hearing about mixvibes from a friend and have some brand new timecode vinyls for mixvibes. My question is will I be able to use mixvibes home edition 7 with my timecode vinyls, does the home 7 edition support an external hardware mixer? Thanks :)

MixVibes Home Edition 7 does not support Timecodes whether it's CD's or vinyl.

John,

You can download Cross (Software only) straight from the main MixVibes site

If you have a 4in/4out ASIO capable soundcard, you'll be good to go ;)

  jim b is correct  there is another alternative :?: less affective :!: home 7 has a usb sound doggle that can be used to monitor with, :) :!: i purched home 7 and the software came with a usb sound doggle,(back in 2004),later on upgraded to Cross software (2009) ,purched software only, from the download shop  use the sound doggle with the installed sc on my comp ,tied together with asio4 all   i have a better software to mix with , my rec are over dubed with effects and samples by using home 7 software for the final mix, just my solution till Cross adds a sampler in futher updates, and or i sneak monie aside to get the U-Mix Control Pro     what i am trying to get you see is that you have options
