i am very new to this. I can't import from my iTunes into the control deck.

I have a U-Mix Control.

When I view the files on my laptop I can see the iTunes but when I open the individual file it is empty.

So if i understand correctely, you can view your iTunes folder, but when you click on the folder, it's empty. Did i understand correctely?

Yes - I go into iTunes, I view the tunes but when I get to click onto an actual song there is nothing there.
