CD Timecode

Hi!

i did succeeded to play timecode cd with Cross demo version, but not with Vfx software.. Audio4 card signal is 100% quality, but nothing happening...
questions are:
1.does playing timecode cd is not possible without controller attached?
2. i did love in Cross demo option external mixer and limiter, because i didn't find the way audio through in Vfx.. it's still needs controller and audio comes out only out 1/2, not also 3/4 when playing with the right player...
