i have ion discover DJ, and when im playing a song and try to scratch it, it only sometimes works, and sometimes it dosent play unless i move the disc as to do so, and other times it does nothing atall, should i return it or is there a setting iv mesed with, i havent messed with the settings but maybe i need to change it, its really frustrating when im triena scratch and it just does nothin and if i move it about or wiggle the usb cable thats in the ion, it works for a sec, is there a fault with my turntables?!

Hello, what are your configurations for your computer, and what controller have you got ? Are you using Cross DJ ?

You'd better see with Ion support as this seems to be hardware issue.

im using windows 7 with intel atom, it should be working but it works sometimes and others not, i might just return it

Intel atom ? It is said min specs : Intel C2D 1.8Ghz
