Help! Using an External Hard Drive w MixVibes/iTunes...
Posted: 31 Dec 2010, 02:30I need some help: my laptop's gotten 2 the point that it can't handle the amount of music I have on it. I now have a ClickFree BackUp external hard drive & I have backed up all my music. Here's my question- if I delete all of my music off of my laptop, will iTunes still recognize my music files & keep my playlists in order through the connected external hard drive? I have an event tomorrow night for New Years & MixVibes just started skipping the track playing while I was uploading the next track earlier today- it's the first time this has happened in the 9 months I've used MixVibes. I'm pretty sure it did this because of all the music that's slowing my laptop's processor down, but I'm scared to death of deleting the music off it! Can anybody help me out with some info?!?
