MIXVIBES Dj Community old forum

I go by many names and I'm not a DJ.
But I recently got my hands on the ION Discover DJ, I'm interested in learning the basics.

I have been makin beats for couple years, but I focus on executive production, management, and promotion, among other things. I'm the VP of a record label based out in Maryland, but you can currently find me in Toronto, Canada, but I'm always moving around.

I have a problem with the Discovery DJ controller though....
I have installed the MixVibes software and it seems to work fine and when I plug in the controller all eight lights are lit up but none of the buttons and features on the controller seem to do anything.

Does anybody know what the problem is? I have posted this issue on the "Help" board as well but I am growing impatient lol

First off, welcome to the forums!

Alright, now about getting you sorted out... I was reading in another thread that the ION helpdesk will sort you out with some sort of fix. Also, just make sure you're using the latest version (which can be accessed in the Download Center).

Yeah, I checked that thread, I'm trying to get the file, any suggestions as to where I can get it? Or who to send a message to?

I have "Cross - Discover DJ 1.3.2" installed right now and the controller still won't do anything.
