I dont have a sound card for my computer. I saw that the U-Mix came with one and was wondering if that would solve my problem.

  if the problem with cueing/monitoring is due to the fact that you don't have a set of outputs for the headphones  then if your installed sound card is not multi-channel then getting a second sound card and installing it along with asio4all will solve the problem  not sure what type of sound card comes with the U-Mix setup  it its like the usb sound dogle that comes with HOME then it should work   i use the same sound dogle with Cross and asio4all  i use the sound dogle for monitering   i also have a multi channel sound card installed on PC  can use that also. postings in tips/toturials on asio4all plus postings in tect support on installation of second sound cards should help

I also have a problem with cueing. I just purchase ION Discover DJ which came with the LE version of your software. I was quite excited about MixVibes -- Knowing that MixVibes is a software that is mentioned with names like Serato and Traktor-- but I can't get my multi-channel card to work (front for master sound and rear for cueing). No matter what I do all the channels are outputing both master and cue. However "split mono" seem to be working fine, I have my master coming through the left channel and my cue coming out the right channel. In addition tried a USB soundcard, but the version of LE 1.3.2 does not seem to support multiple soundcards either.

I am not a fan of mono split, but my question is will their be an update that will allow multi-channel and/or multi-card, or is this only available after the $99 dollar upgrade.

I normally use Virtual DJ 7 home edition but those above mentioned features comes built in, so I am surprise that a software that for many years been rank higher than Virtual DJ, does not have the ease of sound card setup as VDJ.

You need to use a generic ASIO driver like Asio4Alll.
Cross Discover DJ 1.3.2 doesn't handle correctly multi-channel soundcards in DirectSound mode.

Look around the forum, there are some tutorials for this.
