Good news!! Just in the nick of time before the release of Windows 7, Vista has a chance to shine. Microsoft has released Service pack 2 for windows vista. It contains numerous fixes and new features as well as some performance improvements. It is applicable for those who already have Service pack one installed.

I got a pleasant surprise after the installation. Somehow i mysteriously gained 30gb of disk space!
