The Brotherfront Remix of IIO, Rapture.
I used to love this tune when it first came out, especially the PPK remix! I always wanted to do something with the track, even as far back as before i started learning audio production and mastering. It took a long time to get a hold of the original vocal track, but needless to say we found it!
We wanted to go for something not quite in the same bpm range as the prior remix by PPK, also wanting to side step the trance feel that all the remixes of its time seemed to have. The original extended mix was great too though it did have a very commercial feel to it however we wanted to hang onto the mellow flow of synthesisers and reverbs.
