sound issuses

- you've got an issue with asio4all and your devices, this is not a Cross issue
- you can check this by trying with your discover version
- a cooling fan ? a usb one ?
- you're the one in front of the computer, only you can solve this : knowing what is using this device

Can somebody tell me how can i check to see which input programs is using asio4all. That stupied error msg is still popping up. I DO NOT HAVE any other Cross programs on here other than Cross DJ.
I cant belive since i bought this online I havent been able to use it.

Check if you don't have any skype/msn (or any instant chat) that use one of the device by default.
Also check into windows if the default soundcard is the integrated one.

PLEASE SOMEBODY......
this is so fustrating. I thank for all the help but nothing works. I'm not understanding why is the asio4all in used by another program when I dont use it for anything else. HELP HELP HELP. my money is wasted if i cant use my paid product.
1.how can i check (step by step)??/
2.is there a way somebody can remote assist me????

Try this:

-Open Cross DJ
-Set your audio device to ASIO4ALL
-Click the Control Panel button that appears next to it
-It'll show all of your sound devices with a green power button, make sure all of them are "off" except for the one you want to use.

Well I'm still having this problem and its so fustrating that i cant understand why nobody knows this problem> I really wish someone can give me a simple idea that will allow me to use my product. I truely dont know whats wrong.

We can't because it is unusual and related to your computer/hardware. We could help you if we could reproduce this to understand and then provide na answeer, but till there it's all about guessing.

Did you tried on another computer or with a different soundcard ?
