Hercules RMX Configured and Everything but Won't Work

FYI,

The Hercules Driver Packages include both 32 and 64bit drivers.

Have you tried the RMX on any other software to see if it's faulty?

Okay I'm getting there....the controller is now recognised but no crossfade, left/right volume controls, no bass, middle or top & only the left channel is playing through speakers - right goes to headphones! No pitch control either.

Oh and Cross doesn't look like Cross - I don't know if I've toggled something off but I've no crossfade on screen or tone buttons

check in preferences ,,looks/sounds like audio config is in external mixer ,,but a screen shot would help ,, should be in dual stero ,

Dan is correct. You have selected External Mixer on your Audio Routing.

You need to select Dual Stereo
