iTunes having problems downloading library

After fixing my computer and getting all of my iTunes to read on my laptop i am still missing songs , not all of my songs are being imported onto Cross DJ 2.5 nor is Cross DJ importing any new songs that I added to my iTunes library recently . in order for me to use any controller particularly the ddj sx i need to resolve this matter . finally 2.5 ( the paid version ) is not properly analysing songs correctly .

I could be wrong, but this sounds like you're expecting it to happen automatically.

Hello there, I am having the exact same issue and also need to play this weekend, I encounter an red x next to the majority on my iTunes files. everything worked fine until I upgraded to the newest iTunes and new OS X Yosemite. Please help !! I can read the files on traktor and serato but not on Cross DJ ...

As you haven't registered your license key yet you might not be running version 3.3.1 which is available in the downloads section after registering.
This has a fix for iTunes 12.
