Cross LE not working with DVS

The updates for the Xone 23c are "0". I checked and I even checked the Allen-Heath website and they offer no drivers or support for the mixer. It is frustrating to have it working flawless then one day "poof" it just does that. I don't even browse the internet on that laptop. It does it's regular windows updates and I think that is when it went awry. As far as it not showing up in the Universal Serial Bus Controllers in the device manager, it was there, now it is gone and I can not get it back there for some reason. There isn't even an option to download the Cross LE software again despite being registered AND having the serial number. I purchased it brand new.

Okay, last thing, thank you for the help. Here is what I found to be the issue. Once the automatic update took place the drivers had to be uninstalled, reinstalled then restarted. That somehow managed to bring ONE of the DVS decks back. So, with a bit of apprehension I completed a system restore and that completely fixed it. I set my updates to ask for permission before downloading or updating.


Lastly there seems to be a bug. The program seems to be still seeing old songs that are no longer on the laptop. dll files in a folder that need to be deleted? For some reason when I open the "match" tab is pulls up songs no longer on my laptop. All the songs on the laptop play just fine. Obviously the files not on my drive anymore won't load into the deck because file is missing according to the dialogue box that opens when I try to load a song that is not technically on the drive anymore. Not a bid deal, however, is there a way to get rid of that so I don't have to memorize what's no longer there and what is when I open the match tab?

i think if you go to anyalis your collction ,, a red icon will appear at the missing files ,, can right click them and delete/remove from collection ,, or set up a new collection
