In your mac audio setting.....do you see the Rane sl4 as a core audio device

If yes...

Can you post a screen shot pic,s off your audio and time code set up prefrences page so I can have a look

You need to download the core audio drivers for your Rane sl4

You can get the drivers here
http://DJ.rane.com/support/downloads/
Go down the page to you see the sl4 drivers

After download & install driver ....reboot your mac

Then you see the Rane sl 4 drivers in the Mixvibes audio set up
You also have to change to external mixer mode...( not simple stereo
By look off the pic.)

By the look that the top pic..you need to do another copy off the time code ...you should have a track on the c.d....( the old time code c.d used to have two tracks on the c.d,s ...don't know about the new ones)
What did you rip the download time code file to...try WAV audio file
