Crashing when recording video

I don't know where to find info re the video card? If I'm paying to download from the app store then surely it should be the up to date version. I have been in to the download centre on your site and there are loads of different downloads so I don't know which to download. I expected it to work when I downloaded it from the app store. I have been informed by someone at Mixvibes that the spec of my mac should be more than enough. There is nothing really to screenshot it just closes down not saving the recorded video anywhere?

Is the app store version the only one you have downloaded on your computer ,, if so try downloading the Cross 3.1 version and see if you get the same results ,,

Too bad it does not work yet. Main reason to ask for having latest version is to make sure no time is wasted by anyone using old versions. We don't know if someone installs a recent or an antique version. To often it appeared someone dusted of a CD.

You may expect the appstore to be current, but by the approval process for any app creates a significant delay.

In the downloads there is only one download per product. The choice you have to make is to use PC or MAC. Only in the archives you'll have more options on versions.

As it is an issue from the beginning for a basic function of Cross, the best thing to start is reinstall. Please make sure you have no other apps active.

Can you please tell me how I go about getting a refund for the Cross DJ download that I purchased from the app store and the in app purchase to upgrade to full video use. It's not working and after lots of exchanging of messages I feel that I unfortunately don't have the time to keep pursuing this. I expected it to be a straight forward download from the app store that would work and unfortunately it doesn't.
