I've updated to my latest registration - that was from last year when I had a free version that cam e with a basic controller

looks better ,, do you have /useing latest version of Cross DJ ,, what version are you useing that is giving you thease issues

Update it to 3.3.11 and try again so you've got the latest support

After the update try running the 32bit version of Cross DJ as there is chance the hercules drivers are 32bit.

Updated to 11. This might be obvious but where do I get to choose between 32 or 64 bit version?
I'm pretty sure it ran as 64 on my deceased laptop.

if useing a win system then either the shortcut icons ,two installed ,,64 bit is labeled ,, or in programs its labeled 64 bit ,, ,,gotta look if its labeled when running software ,, not 100% shure with Apple os ,

yep labeled in software when open,,ie 64 bit ,,no bit label for 32 bit ,,
