not a good picture ,,if you cant make it out then it might be hopeless ,,mixvibes sells the software/keys to the vendors and not responsible for there usage ,, when regerstering then on the fourm then the updates are avaible ,,what i am saying mixvibes has no way of knowing what licence key you have ,,, two possibilities ,, contacking unc with what info you have and see if any thing is possible ,, side note ,,,info as to your set up and the possibilities of using Cross as your softwae ,, check out this link ,,might be a option viewtopic.php?f=358&t=28845 if you bought it second hand and the original owner has regerstered it on the fourm then he can retrieve it for you to be able to use ,, slim chance ,,,

Hi Lester,
I've received the message that you've sent me. I do still have this, but it is for "Cross DJ". I think Daniel would confirm that this wouldn't help you with DVS though?

Lester, As Daniel says, have a look at http://www.mixvibes.com/products and http://www.mixvibes.com/sites/default/f ... _chart.pdfThese are the current products. Mainly "Cross" and "Cross DJ". "Cross DJ" is great, and I can help you with that, but it has limitations. "Cross" is the full product and is needed if you're going to be using it with DVS/timecode and all that. As Daniel has asked, what sort of setup/equipment are you looking to use? [edited to remove unwise advice about posting a better image of the licence key in public!]

I'm just a regular user and Daniel will know more than me. I think he was saying that if you were to message UncleVibes then they might be able to help with sussing out your full licence key. It sounds like unfortunately without it you're a bit stuck memberlist.php?mode=viewprofile&u=22I do have a spare licence key for "Cross DJ". I am looking for 25 GBP for it. For your setup though it sounds like you would want the full version of "Cross". Not yet on here, but it has been suggested to me that if you had the licence key for "Cross DJ" then you could then buy "Cross" at the upgrade price. An idea that would help myself, but to be honest the price difference in what you save you might just want to buy the full version of "Cross" directly. I'm not sure if there is an easier way, but contacting UncleVibes sounds like your next step ...
