Cross 2.0 stuttering

Have a look in your soundcard control panel. Or you might be able to alter it in Cross' Audio tab.

For disabling Windows service google "Game Booster" It may help you for the short term

Whilst trying to sort out the aforementioned issues, i had Cross hooked up and now it does not work with the TImecoded cd or vinyl at all! I drag a track into the player, hit play on the cdj nothing happens. Hit cue on the cdj, nothing happens. When i start the player via Cross itself and work the pitch fader on the cdj, instead of working the bpm counter on Cross, the pitch fader operates the scrolling through of the tracks ive loaded up!!! Everything worked fine with the timecode signal yesterday.

I am struggling to keep going here.

Lets not panic and we'll start from the beginning.

Have you downloaded and installed Cross 2.4.0?

If so please can you do a screen shot of your Audio settings/Routing (Audio tab) and another one of the Vinyl/CD tab

Also what sound card are you using?

2.4.0 installed yes.

I am using the Cross U46MKII soundcard.

if you use vinyl, the switch on the u46 must be set to phono.

Here's what happens when i start the cdj/turntable in Cross. Note under the image of the track playing, the orange bar that appears when the CDJ/TT is started. When i stop the timecode cd/vinyl this bar disappears again. This is all that is happening with the timecodes. They have no other effect on the track playing in Cross.

you're not in tc mode

Next to the artwork in the decks, there are 2 little buttons saying "1" and "2", those are for you to select the left or right timecode. simply click them and the timecode will control the tracks again, you also notice the play/pause button change into relative and absolute mode.

If you could direct me to this 1 & 2 on this image that would be great. All i can see are the two 1's under snap/quantize. I have changed them but to no avail, also changed the A & B buttons from player to line to no avail.
