mymp3pool.com is also a good source, although sometimes the quality of the tracks is questionable. If you are just starting, and need a ton of tracks, sign up for mymp3pool for 20 bucks, download everything you can going back as far as you can, and there's a complete library spanning back a few years.
I personally use Promo Only Online (POOL). It's really expensive, but the downloads are in lossless format, which I convert to high quality .m4a for playback in crossDJ. When Cross supports Apple lossless, I will be able to go back and re-download every track that my subscription covers, and play the lossless version. All tracks are studio quality, and mastered, unlike most of the other services that offer "promo" services for artists. Most of the hits are also given out before release with POOL, and the selection is very broad.

Boomkat.com is my favourite.  Have never understood why Beatport is so expensive.
