Well if you use keywords like "acapella", "long break", "trumpet solo", "32 bar outro" etc it'd be useful to find the matching songs wouldn't it ?

Never thought about this, can't say if it might be useful or not.
This is currently not possible as the locator names aren't properties of the track, but just properties of the locators.
You'd better post this in the Feature Request section

aahhh ok so you can't change locators names for each song?

so it's not like cue points in Traktor? (where you can set different names for cue points for each song)

Sorry, my explanation was a bit fuzzy...

You can give names to locators but as you can see locators aren't displayed anywhere in the collection (bottom) part, thus they aren't searchable.

I allways play with an external harddrive, so that's quite a broblem!

This topic ain't about seeing "Files" icon ...
Please do not post when it's not related to the topic...
Moreover there are loads of posts about your issue, which is due to some stupid Apple restrictions.

What Uncle means by the following, is that, as explained in a sticky post, Apple Store customers can get a standard license and Cross version that features the Files icon.
