take some screenshots of my stuff. IMG_0617.JPG IMG_0616.JPG IMG_0615.JPG This is my cable turn on to computer. The White cable is my headphones and the green one is from my speakers. And my audio preferences look like this. What happens in this mode?! The sound comes from the speakers and headphones simultaneously. Even if i press the button To activate my phones on deck A for example, it doesnt work.

here is the long and drawed out explaination,,,,,the conputer sound card has only 1 set of stero out puts ,, unless your laptop has a multi channel sound card ie surround sound,,,, in order to do pre fade listing or monitoring the software must have two set of outputs, one pair for master out and a second set for monitoring or prefade listining,.the cables only accomplish one thing it allows for two connections to be made to one pair of outputs ,,i said earlier that you will need a multi channel s c to be able to have a master out and a pre fade sourse for you headphones,, one good thing about mac is the ability to add sc together and form a multi channel sc for the software to use ,, allowing you to get a usb sc and add it to your internal sc to be able to monitor the mix,, the langauge barrier led me to believe that there was no sound out of the cables ,,thats why i asked for the screen shots ,,, if you think about it the cables cant work no better than they are working any questions and suggestion needed to get you up and running we will gladly help with ,but thoes cables are for what they are and not for what you want ,,

your english is fine ,,if i get a chance can post some links for sc ,, look in product page the is a good multi channel sc ,, more orientated for time code support ,, but a suggestion,,,wish you had gotten the U-Mix Control Pro or the control pro 2 it has exactly what you are looking for and is plug and play as far as DJ software /hardware goes,,,, as i said any questions will be gladly answered

Hello! First time post and new Cross DJ user. I am experiencing this same is with OS X I have purchased four different sound card brands including the U-Mix 44 and I still get audio from both decks A & B playing from both headphones and external audio. I have tried multiple output settings in CDJ and MIDI configurations and speaker setups. Using the Headphones buttons in the UI does not have any effect either? Below is an image link of my workflow for review, but I think I have it right? Should I be setting up an Aggregate device? Please tell me EXACTLY how to configure, I have spent more than a week troubleshooting and still cannot use the software. SCREENSHOTS- http://www.glowstickgo.com/images/Scree ... .41-AM.jpg
