Please can somebody help me. I am using Cross 3.2.1 and when I am playing 2 tracks but the Cross fade is to the far left it continues to play music coming from the right channel. I have already tried reinstalling the software, restarting my machine etc. but it continues to not work properly.
I am playing on a mac.
Please can somebody help me or pint me in the right direction on this forum.

No I have checked and I definitely don't have preview enabled (you are referring to the preview on the browse switch right)?
The mix fader is definitely to the far left so its not that issue.
I have used this mixer for a while so no the basics. Is it not a mapping issue. I have selected
Settings:
I have everything on Output 1/ Output 2 and Simple Stereo mode. Auto select mixvibes at startup enabled.

I have tried using it on both dual stereo and simple stereo. Neither resolve the problem.
I am currently just playing through my built in output for now.

couple of issues needed info ,, system set up ,,software and hardware ,, need to know what you are working with ,, sounds like you only have one sound card ,, when you get the oppunity regerster your software licence key in the fourm ,,,user control panel/profile/serial # , this gives full fourm access and benifits ,,

Hi Daniel, good to hear from you again. I am currently using Cross 3.2.1
I am suing this with a Mixvibes U-Mix Control Pro (1) MIDI that I purchased new locally here in South Africa.
I need to look for my software key license (I have the CD but no longer have the sleeve with my license key number on it unfortunately).
At home I normally just play with my MIDI, powered speakers, headphones etc.
On set up preferences I am using Dual stereo routing mode with Outputs 1/2. are there any other details that you need?

o kay ,,little bit more info helps ,, sorry about the misplaced licence key ,, might want to find that ,, will cost you monie if you ever need to update the software or get access to the download section ,, inthe top left hand corner of the software is a tab ,,display menue ,, go to help and select manual ,, basic info as to set up and sound configeration ,, the inability of you on gen chat section for posting screen shots can be eliminated by the manual and its info read and if problems /issues not resolved ,, at least you will have better info to gives us by words to explain whats going on ,, you will need to select dual stero and the U-Mix as the sc ,, proper routing should get you stright ,, not shure if you need the volume panel in mac ,, run win my self ,, so the manual info on mac will help , this is a start

Hi Daniel, I re-downloaded Cross from the Apple Mac store. The software is updated. I understand how the set up works.
Are you suggesting that I read the manual.
I have read the manual and have it set up how it is supposed to be set up. I just can help but feel that the mapping is not correct.
I don't mind posting screenshots or emailing them over to your directly if it helps?
