i lost my serial key to mixvibes DVS U-Mix 44 control, what can i do?

ifit was not put in yourprofile /serial # then it is gone forever ,, if you like the software then purches it again or look in to the possibilities of Cross ,, there is a free version avaible to get a feel for the software

Yes, but CrossDJ doesn't support timecodes.

i had purchased a Mix Vibes Vfx Controller and Have recieved 2 DVD
of graphics but the installation cd got lost with the serial number
i have the product id/sl number of hardware but no installation cd and key

Plz help me out as i have party after 2 days n have to use Mixvibes Vfx

before i could register on mixvibes site i have lost my key
now all i have is my machine id
i have purchased it from singapore from Valentine Music Centre
Race course Rd n had a word with the Firm They have replied to give the machine or hardware id And the Serial Number will be tracked n sent to the user

you might want to contack them again with that info,,other than experience with the fourm ,, mixvibes has no way of keeping track f the licence keys and who purches them ,, that why we ask youto regerster it on the fourm in your profile ,,other than word form a admin

and they say that contact @ Support@mixvibes.com
and they reply to contact forum and people managing forum ask me to
go back to my dealer for the serial key...
Now what do i do as i have party coming up n have to Perform....
