Postby djvinz on 15 Mar 2009, 19:12

Recently, i am looking for a new headphone. I am thinking of maybe buying a Sennheiser HD 215 or Denon DN-HP700. Which one is better? Or u guys have another choice which are in the same price range for me to choose from ? Thx and wait for your comment =]

Does anyone know about the denon DN HP700? Does it sound good?
How about the construction? Is it easy to break? That's my main focus on headphone. I don't want it to break within 5 minutes after unboxong.

I don't know about the denon, but I guarantee that Sennheiser is best out there and no worries about breaking and stuff. They are like heavy-duty machine so no worries!!! My opinion is that Sennheiser is your best choice.

these headphones are very good ... they are actually made by audio technica ... who also make them for allen & heath and for Apple and the ipod stuff...

the only way to know if they are any good is to try them

i have had a pair of audi technica pro5 for the last 4 years.. and only last year bought the at version of the denon ones ... have not regretted it ...

they are built very well... but as with anything ... if you abuse it they will break ....

hope this helps

I check both out in the store...But sennheiser HD 215 is 100% plastic construction. Denon get a metal parts on both the join on the earcap. On the view of construction and durablility, do u think i should go on the Denon one?. Someone posted that sennheiser are well-built, but the HD 215 is plastic. How should i choose?
