Hi all,
Hope you're all having a great day! Mine started off well when I downloaded MixVibes Home 7, but quickly took a turn for the worst when I couldn't get the program to behave the way I wanted! Would anyone by able to offer me help with concerns to setting up my monitoring? I have 3 sound outputs on my laptop: 1) Logitech Z-5 USB speakers 2) Original SygmaTel Audio (integrated) 3) Sound Blaster X-Fi Go! External USB sound card I have set my master output to be the Logitech speakers, and my monitor to be the external USB sound card (although I did try using the default integrated sound card as my monitor as well), but can't seem to get both of them running at the same time! For example, if I'm playing a track on one device, and then hit the headphone button, I lose playback on what has been identified as the master output, and can only hear music in the headphones! How can I configure MixVibes to allow to hear sound both on the master and monitor outputs at the same time? Please let me know if I have not been clear in explaining my issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Nic.

Hi there,
Thanks for the reply. I believe that I have now activated my software, as well as upgraded to the newest version. I am not sure were to find the serial number info because I bought the software electronically, so I simply provided my license key. The software update did not seem to resolve my problem ... I still can't hear the master and monitor outputs at the same time. Is this a known limitation of the product, or is there a work around?
Thanks, Nic.

Thanks for the replies guys! The only answer I found that would apply to my situation is to get the USB sound card that comes with the Home Edition 7 box edition. That or get a dual output sound card, which would have to be external because I'm running MixVibes off my laptop. Anyway, I ordered the USB key. We'll see if that fixes the problem. I'm just puzzled as to why the other USB sound card I had didn't do the trick (SB X-fi Go!). Also, I'm not sure why I don't see more setup types in the sound card section of the options menu. Is there an update I missed? I downloaded what I thought was the latest and greatest upgrade of Home Edition 7 yesterday, but it didn't resolve my issue ... I still lose sound on my master output when I hit the headphone button, which switches all sound to the monitor output. It's weird though, because I can get both sound cards to output simultaneously by playing two tracks, and only having one on monitor, which leads me to believe that it should be a simple configuration issue.
Thanks for any help, Nic.
