Yup - that'll do the job. Maybe even experiment using the ASIO4ALL drivers if you find the native drivrs aren't great...

Hey guys I'm getting mixvibes for my bday and may not have enough money to purchase a soundcard like a u46mk2.I was wondering has anyone tried this versaport for low latency scratching?I saw intimidation touch uses the soundcard but need a response from here.Hope to be a MVproducer soon.

Not to be naive but does doesn't DVS pro only come with the software, timecodes, and cables, excluding the u46mk2?I was about to purchase the DVS Producer at djdeals but read and didn't see anything stated about getting the u46mk2 in the Producer package so thats why my plan was purchase 6pro and the versaport. Also if i purchase the DVS pack with maya44 for scratching, how is the latency? Please reply asap.

Correct

I have not had experience with the Maya44, but if you do a search on here I'm sure you can read a few reactions/thoughts on how it operates.

I own the maya44USB and the latency is good for scratchin, I can run about 10 ms, i've tried with 5 ms but some rare glichtes came out.
But if you use the asio4all is getting better.
In any case the maya is a very easy and light interface, so the big of the work is on the cpu in this case...I have to try in a short while with a motu 828 in my studio and I'll let you know if the performance are better and how much better....
