My First Mix i/o and headphones

Got my brand new unit First Mix i/o (connected to my macbook), and everything is functioning well so far, except for the earphones. When i press PFL or Preview, i don't get any sound from my earphones. Any suggestions would truly be appreciated. Thanks

Likely you haven't set up the audio yet.
Preferences audio tab.
Select driver. If possible the asio version.
Set 2 outputs.
Dual stereo mode.

This is the starting point. It might be you have some other needs. Most of the options can be found in the manual. ..
