Mixvibes DVS and Win 8?

I purchased Mixvibes DVS Ultimate package a while back and I'm about to purchase a new laptop so I'm wondering if it will work on windows 8.1? I still have the original installation disc so am I going to encounter any issues?

I have at home Mixvibes DVS Ultimate working on Microsoft Surface Pro 3 so yes it works on Windows 8.1
