Software Issue with MIDI Controller

Hi All,

I have a Dixon MIDI Controller that came with the Mixvibes Cross DJ LE 2.0.2 Software. Previously, I was able to use this software with no issues- However- I am currently experiences some issues.

The controller is detected by the program as the 'Device not found' message does not pop-up but the device is not responsive (Software does not register any activity made by the controller and neither do the lights come up).

I do not have the driver to reinstall again as I have misplaced the box.

Please advise.

If you register your license key in your user profile you can update your software.

Not likely this will be the solution but might be of interest.

First thing I would recommend is to use an other usb port. Start Cross after the OS had recognised and installed the device.
