If you have a cd the number should be on the sleeve.
Could it be you registered by a different username or email in the past. ?
In that it could be you entered the license key in your user profile. This will help you to get it back and have access to more recent version.
If you have purchase information you could pm this to unclevibes with this info to see if something can be done.
