iTunes sync with Cross DJ

Hi
I am having problems syncing my iTunes library to Cross DJ. i am using the same xml file i have always used but when i select a song and drag onto the player, it says cannot load track, file can't be found. I have tried everything and can't get this to work.

might want to regerster your software in the fourm ,, user control panel/profile/serial # ..saw one solution by using the latest software version this was corrected ,,

hi thanks. I have version 3.2.1 but can't find anywhere that shows my serial number. I have seen the other posts where you have advised someone to upgrade to 3.3.3. I can't find this also.

If you purchased via appstore then check the announcement at top of general chat forum

If you purchased otherwise you should have received a confirmation email with license key as otherwise Cross can't be used.
