after long hours looking on oldschool web pages I finally found it here:

downloaded, work fine
very easy to find a keygen or a serial

this soft is GREAT!!!

It's not a pirated software but the demo version
the official shareware version of that period
the file come without any keygen, serial number or patch/crack
